How do I find the 16 needed constraints

Also, to answer your question about drilling them separately.

Depends on your preference and the complexity of the design. :roll:

Less "stuff" in a sketch is less busy and easier to see what you're doing. (less dimensions, constraint icons, etc.)

For something like this it's probably a toss up, but, I'd tend to pad the raised panels, then drill (pocket) the holes.

In fact, I'd have started with a big flat panel, pocketed the rectangular openings, padded the raised panels, then pocketed the holes.

But, that's just my way... 8-)
