FreeCAD Version 0.18.4
Workbench: Part Design
Hello,
I wanted to create a drive insert according to an example design sheet for exercise purposes and got at the final rounding step a strange effect
I have no idea why this edge should be rounded incorrectly but the others not. As you can see, there is nothing unusual in this edge.
That edge should be identical to others at other winding positions.
The intended radius for the rounding is 3mm. For 1mm the object disappears for reasons(?).
The file size doubles, too. The file size before and after are too large for attachment. Therefore I provide a download link for my file.
Is it possible to fix this?
And why does that happen?
Fillet created defect surface for no apparent reason

I cannot understand your model, but a simple recompute fixes the issue.
Your model seems to have a bunch of redundant stuff, and the Dependency Graph shows an error in referencing the helix.
