Hey man, this should be in the Help section, and it should be a discussion! Which means it should be more than a few keywords. What would it serve if I just answer "no geometry errors, no errors at all, result correct.

Expected result - both faces joined together without geometry changes, extra edges removed.
Observed result - both faces removed and new completly different face in different plane created.

IMO this ticket can be closed as is (as were #4461 and #4462).
The "no errors at all" statement is wrong (evidence here).
So yes, bad input, bad output. Nothing more.

Yep, Challenger shuttle looked well also.
As I show on the other thread I pointed, 2 seams between faces aren't correct (they don't perfectly fit). So the shell isn't closed, hence no solid can be created from it.
