New libpacks for Windows with Qt5.12, OCC7.3 and Python 3.6 by apeltauer

After a while of development, we now can announce a new LibPack for Windows.
The new LibPack is build with Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 (but it can also be used with VS2015 and VS2019), 64 Bit only.
In Version 12.1.2 the following is included:
  • Boost 1.67
  • Coin3D 4.0.0a
  • Eigen3
  • FreeType
  • KDL
  • libarea
  • Open CASCADE Technology 7.3.0
  • Point Cloud Library
  • PyCXX
  • Python 3.6.8
  • PySide
  • Qt 5.12.1
  • Salome SMESH
  • Shiboken
  • vtk
  • Xerces-C
  • Zipios++
  • zlib 1.2.11
The LibPack includes the release and the debug version of the 3rd party libraries.
The LibPack also includes all cmake config file to configure the build.

Excuse me, if my question is stupid.. I'm not C++ or Python programmer..
Is this connected to my issue 0.18, Windows 10, 'Save picture' gives black rectangle image?
Anyway, THANK YOU for YOUR JOB!!!

It's very nice of course, but why is this topic announced in all the forums??? This only concerns the Install / Compile forum, and for a very limited fraction of FreeCAD users.
