Why workbenches do not initialize?

For ease of reading you may place your output in code tags.

From the log it seems that all core and many addon workbenches are initialized, from A2plus to BOLTSFC. So what's the problem?

InitGui.py not found

similar situation as me can not get daily to load with _init_pyside_extension issues

and I just spent the last 15 hrs doing a fresh re-install of Ubuntu 20.04 ~3k packages and same issue

This looks like a specific packaging problem of Ubuntu 20.04.

Hmm, that's odd, I just tried with a fresh Ubuntu 20.04 VM, basically just doing sudo add-apt-repository ppa:freecad-maintainers/freecad-daily, installing it, and launching it from a terminal. I was able to switch to Part and then FEM workbenches without any problems. Do you have any add-ons installed?
