Greetings!
I really need a link to Calulix 2.16 Windows 10 launcher. The link I used is Calculix 2.10 (https://sourceforge.net/projects/calculixforwin/)
This link yields a .bat file, which sorta works. The FEM runs, but the results are apparently parsed out and I get the error message:
"The used Calculix version 2.10 creates broken output files...."
So a need a ccx.bat for Calculix 2.16 I think
Thank you in Advance

Re: Calculix 2.16 Windows 10 Launcher
https://sourceforge.net/projects/calculixforwin/files/
there is a directory named 03.3 which was modified in 2019.
Have you downloaded that windows file and tested it?
BTW, I'm not on windows so can't confirm

Re: Calculix 2.16 Windows 10 Launcher
if you are on win 10 you should have latest ccx included in FreeCAD allready. No need to install external ccx.
Re: Calculix 2.16 Windows 10 Launcher
Greetings from snowy Colorado!
Thank you for suggesting I revisit the sourceforge link.
I revisited the sourceforge link and ultimately found under the CL33-windows_64bit.zip file under the https://sourceforge.net/projects/calculixforwin/ link. There is 2.15 in the zip file, and other versions as well. (My mistake was trying to get 2.16, which led to a bunch of links that wanted to download unwanted stuff on my Windows 10 machine.)
So I was able to get the FEM link to 2.15, and the Calculix simulation ran. Now I need to learn how to display the results.
BTW when I installed FreeCad there was no Calculix or other solver simultaneous installation.
Moving Forward!

Re: Calculix 2.16 Windows 10 Launcher
have a look in the bin folder of your FreeCAD instalation. There you will find ccx binary AFAIK
