First of all, Congratulations on the amazing software that FreeCAD has become.
I have been playing with FreeCAD trying to use FEM workbench. (I have been using Code-Aster for years) But have not been able to display the mohr-coulomb criteria or reiforcement for concrete.

As you can see on the pipeline there are no such fields.

Also is it possible to change the scale range to a custom one?

double click on the coloured scale.

For getting special reinforced results you need to add a reinforced material.

Try the example 2D rc wall. Menue utilities, examples ... tha choose this example, run it.

Would be great if you could give some feed back.

After changing the material to a reinforced material and defining angle of friction It worked perfectly. I will try to make an example with Code-Aster and compare. Stay tuned.

BTW: the reinforment example from FreeCAD FEM (RC Wall 2D) is some standard example from fib (AFAIR). Means this woul fit perfectly for such a comparison. Load the file with:
- start FreeCAD
- change to FEM
- click Menu utilities -> fem examples
- Materials -> reinforced -> RC Wall 2D
