Body within part is bad referenced in the dependency chart.
1. create a new body
2. create a new part
3. move body inside part
4. view dependency graph

The issue is the same for 0.18

This was bugging me two but thinking about it I am not sure which way should the arrow go. Or is it possible to be bidirectional?
